    The orders usually are dispatched within 2 business days from the order date.We use International Express Service for all international deliveries, We will provide a tracking number for tracking online immediately after the goods are dispatched. You will receive your order in about 3-7 business days after dispatch.

    How Do You Cancel Your Order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 10% cancellation fee applies. The shipped orders cannot be cancelled. We hope you can understand. Thank you!

    How Do You Exchange Your Order?

    If you want to exchange a product, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unuesd and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
